Being in love is a baptism of fire. Nothing exposes ego faster and with more precision than the reflection of our romantic partner.

As per me, romantic relationships are the perfect place to do the work of the heart and transcend our perceived limitations and conditioned beliefs.

It offers embodied, relational practices such as shamanism, Daoism, nature-based spirituality, goddess worship, and practices that integrate dance, movement, song, and storytelling. It prioritises the heart over the mind, it honours the natural rhythms & cycles of life, and embraces the essence of “being” as opposed to “doing”.

For those who were actually old enough to have experienced the 1970s and not for those who were born in the 70s. What were the pros and cons of that era?
